I hereby state that I am capable and willing to provide services required by customers using the MCHUSA Digital Shopping & Delivery Program. I will pay all registration and transaction fees set by MCHUSA through Mobile Money Guyana (MMG) for each registration and transaction. I agree that I shall receive payment from MCHUSA through MMG for each shopping or delivery service I provide to its customers.
