25+ years in human resources management and general and strategic management across non-profit and for-profit entities, including social services, textile, printing, water utility, and medical education.

Holds a Doctor of Medicine degree with a background as a registered nurse and 3+ years delivering nursing education. Specializes in NCLEX licensing preparation, oversees teaching staff, and coordinates clinical rotations.
